Zootopia Review by Eugene Alejandro

Zootopia is an achievement of animated cinema, and is an example of how to make a brilliant family movie that both kids and adults will love.

The most important reason why Zootopia is a great film is because of how well it handles the issue of discrimination without being pandering and forced to the audience as the main character Judy Hopps (voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin) is told that she wouldn’t be a good police officer because she’s a rabbit. Another example of discrimination in this movie is how everyone views the character Nick Wilde (voiced by Jason Bateman) as being untrustworthy and sneaky just because he’s a fox.

The voice acting from the entire cast is awesome as each voice actor did a good job with the script they were given, and no voice performance was bad at all.

Zootopia’s animation is spectacular and shows that the people who made this movie put a lot of their hard work and effort into making the film look visually appealing.

Before I forget to even mention this, Zootopia has a story that has very good plot twists to it. Because of that, it’s best to watch this movie for the first time without being spoiled of it as much as possible.

So in conclusion, if you want to watch an amazing animated family movie, Zootopia is for you.

I give Zootopia Two Thumbs Up, and 5/5 Stars.

  1. Very positive and well informed without giving away too much based on the movie. I have yet to see this movie as it looks like it might be an interesting movie, but we will have to wait and see.
